Before we could start the meeting the members of the Court had to turn the village hall into a Lodge room. Once everything was set up the Court was opened by the Worshipful Master, W.Bro. Michael Wiles. The Provincial Grand Marshal, W.Bro. Chris Eley, was admitted and advised the Worshipful Master that the Deputy Provincial Grand Master was in the ante room and demanded admission to the Court. The Deputy Provincial Grand Master entered in procession with several of Provincial Grand Officers, was presented with the gavel and took the Chair.

After the regular business of the Court had been completed the Court was closed and we gathered together for the customary group photograph while the Temple was turned into a Festive Board.
