The Court of Alle, No 25's January Meeting
An intimate meeting was held by The Court of Alle, No 25 on Wednesday 21st January at Herstmonceux. It wasn't down to numbers, nor the the agenda, I think it was down to the friendliness of all its members.
The RW Deputy Provincial Grand Master was the official visitor and was welcomed to the Court by the WM Rod Barker. With a fairly short agenda the
RW Dep.ProvGM had been asked to give a talk about the Cyningstun 10-90. This was indeed a very informative and clarifying talk on exactly what is happening, the objectives and how a Court and the Brethren can get involved and contribute to this marvellous initiative. After the talk the Bro. Treasurer announced that Aelle Court would donate £250 towards the appeal and presented a cheque.
The RW Dep.ProvGM and his Escort were enjoying the company of the brethren so much they stayed in the Court for the whole duration of the meeting! Afterwards at the festive board a lovely buffet was served by the wife of W. Bro. Rob Christie and all the members circulated and conversed in a relaxed atmosphere. All who attended are looking forward to the next merry meeting.
